The motor club for owners or anyone with an interest in pre-war Riley cars that were built in Coventry between 1899 and 1940. The Riley Register offers community, support and an unrivalled spares service to keep your pre-war Riley going strong and on the road.
We provide comprehensive services to members; including a wide range of spares, regalia, social events, rallies, club newsletters and a quarterly Bulletin.

RILEY REGISTER REGALIA
We’re very pleased to announce that Regalia is once again available for online purchase to members only. Huge thanks to Mary Dunn for volunteering to manage online purchases and to Kate Glenn who will be managing packing and dispatch alongside RRSL Storekeeping. We are indebted to them both for teaming up to bring back the full Regalia range to the membership. We’re still searching for volunteers to take over Regalia on a longer term basis, if you think that you could help please do not hesitate to get in touch!

OTHER CLUB NEWS…
Rally 2026 – What a great weekend we had!
Just as this long hot summer got started in earnest we returned to The Holt Hotel for the weekend of June 19th to 21st, to celebrate the Centenary of the all conquering Riley 9hp. On Saturday many members and their cars took part in a scenic tour of the local area, organised by Malcolm and Kate Dunn (Thanks both!), this was a great success and enjoyed by all who took part. We hope a similar tour can take place next year. The Rally dinner on Saturday evening was packed (sold out even) and a great meal was had by all. The turnout of cars and members Sunday was remarkable and there were some really fantastic rarities on show. We had a Trinity, an amazing Mk1 Coachbuilt Tourer, Biarritz, Lincocks, Kestrels, prototype Lynxes, PUTs, Monacos, including interesting oily rag examples, and that was just the Nines! There was a fantastic array of other models, 12/4s and not least some six cylinder rarities. The RCAHT put on a great display and thanks also to the traders who added some great interest to the mix. A huge thanks to all of the organising team and members who made it one to remember. We’re already looking forwards to next year and we hope you can join us there 🙂
Volunteering
The Riley Register is run by the members for the members. As such, we’re entirely dependent on volunteers coming forwards from the membership to support Committee and fill the essential club roles, run our local areas and all of our club services including RRSL. Sadly, it has become more difficult in recent years to fill vacancies as they arise. This is a challenge that is currently facing many similar organisations. However, on a positive note we have a stable and even a growing membership with new members joining every week and discovering the joys of prewar Rileying. So, if you’re already a member, young or old, new or of the old guard, and feel that you could volunteer to help the club in any capacity, be that running our Regalia service or anything else, please do not hesitate to get in touch via email to information@rileyregister.co.uk
Membership
The Riley Register is a very social club and provides invaluable support to owners of all pre war Riley Cars. For a modest annual subscription the club supplies a wide range of services, publications and events. We encourage the restoration, preservation and active use of all pre war Rileys. Whether your interest is just driving for pleasure or you get competitive with rallying, racing, sprinting and hill climbing, you’ll be sure to find other members who share your interest. Club Shop
The Regalia Shop is once again open to members only for online purchases. We’re still looking for a willing volunteer to the run the service in the longer term. If you think you might be willing to volunteer to run the Regalia Shop please get in touch with us by email at information@rileyregister.co.uk
There is a wide range of Regalia stock ready to go for any volunteer who comes forward.

Spares
Riley Register Spares Ltd produce pre war Riley parts using the latest manufacturing, quality and traceability systems. They are only available to members of The Riley Register from Riley Register Spares Ltd (RRSL). In the unlikely event that RRSL don’t stock it they probably know who does.
