This year’s AGM and Social Weekend is being held at

The Nottinghamshire and South Derbyshire Area is looking forward to hosting the 2026 Riley Register AGM and Social weekend. The venue is easily accessible from the A1 and other major routes and there will be reserved parking for Rileys.
The AGMs of RRSL and The Riley Register will be held on Saturday 19th and a Gala Dinner is planned for the same evening.
The RRSL AGM is scheduled to commence at 11am. The Riley Register AGM is scheduled to commence at 2pm.
This 4* hotel has a spa, fitness facilities and its own golf course. It’s worth making it a long weekend break as there’s plenty to do in the surrounding area. Belton House (National Trust) is a 5 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) away. The town of Grantham is a 10 minute drive and Grantham House and Garden (also National Trust and only opened to the public from 2025) is well worth a visit. The lovely Lincolnshire countryside is right on the doorstep. The Vale of Belvoir is a good place for a scenic run, and you could take in Belvoir Castle or Woolsthorpe Manor (the birthplace of Sir Isaac Newton) as well as a variety of tea shops and country pubs for refreshment. If you want shopping, there’s also a large Boundary Outlet just down the road.

- The date/s (i.e. night/s) you are booking
- Whether you are booking for double or single occupancy (and if for double, specify double or twin beds)
- Menu choices for you and any guest(s) for the Saturday Gala dinner from the list below, and any dietary requirements. (Meals for Friday and Sunday evenings if you are staying will be sorted out nearer the time).
A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be taken on booking with the remainder due 28 days before the event. Emma will send you details of how to make payment.
Prices below are for dinner bed & breakfast per person based on two people sharing; there is a single occupancy supplement of £35 per night.
- For two nights, check in Friday 18th, check out Sunday 20th: £210 per person.
- For one night, Friday 18th only or Saturday 19th only, or to extend your stay for the night of Sunday 20th: £125 per person.
- For Saturday evening Gala Dinner Only (no accommodation): £47. If you wish to book for the Gala Dinner only, please also do this through Emma Taylor and copy to Ruth King as above.

There is no separate booking form for the weekend this year. Emma will liaise with Ruth, to ensure she has the relevant information for the weekend. If you are attending the AGMs but not booking anything at the hotel, please email Ruth (details below) so that we can include you in numbers for tea/coffee and paperwork.
